Booking conditions

When you make a reservation, you agree to accept and comply with the reservation and cancellation conditions below.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 4pm - Departure until 10am.

Payment of rent

If the stay starts within 30 days, the full amount must be paid.
If the stay starts more than 30 days before the reservation date, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.

Cleaning

After your stay, cleaning is done, but we systematically ask our guests to leave the accommodation in the state they found it: dishwasher on, bins emptied, clean household appliances (fridge, coffee maker, etc.). Failure to comply with this condition may result in a cleaning fee.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our accommodation.
There are ashtrays on the terrace which are emptied by tenants at the end of their stay.

Concierge service

Concierge service is included in the price of a stay of 7 nights or more.
For stays of less than 7 nights, we are forced to charge a portion of the concierge costs, a fixed amount of € 165.

Animals

Pets are not allowed in our accommodation.

Air conditioning

We ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly. In case of misuse, an amount may be deducted from your deposit.

Number of nights

The minimum number of nights for a stay is 4 nights and 7 nights in certain periods. (see on the search engine)

Caution

1 day before arrival a pre-authorization of €500,- will be made on your payment card. This pre-authorization will be cancelled within 7 days after the end of your stay, provided that the accommodation is returned in the same condition as you received it. We ask you to manage the accommodation with due care, otherwise there is a chance that you will not get the deposit back.

Swimming pool

The pool is maintained weekly, but the pool must be managed with due care. Any damage may be charged or deducted from the deposit.
It is forbidden to use glass objects around the pool. Plastic cups are available for this purpose.
