Arrival and departure times

Please note that check-in at the property is from 4pm and no later than 8pm. If it is impossible to respect this time slot, we ask you to inform us so that we can find the most pleasant solution to welcome you. Departure is before 10am. If you wish to arrive earlier or need more time to prepare everything before leaving, please contact us in advance to see if we can help you, it depends on the arrival or departure of successive tenants.

Parking facilities

We ask you to park in the designated vehicle parking spaces at the accommodation.

Noise levels and rules for additional passengers

Noise is a top priority. Silent night is mandatory.

We ask that you be respectful and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Out of respect, we also ask that you do not host parties or gatherings without our permission.

Occupancy rate

The maximum occupancy of this accommodation is 4 people. Please note that only the number of people specified in your reservation may stay in the accommodation.

Should you wish to invite other visitors during the day, please let us know in advance. This will allow us to comply with local regulations and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay.

General safety instructions

As landlords we cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to the accommodation if the accommodation is not properly locked (windows + locked front door).

Do not leave any household appliances or electrical devices on during your absence. The house is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher in the long kitchen cupboard.

Do not leave young children unattended in the rental accommodation.

Cleanliness

We ask you to keep the space tidy during your stay.

Don't worry about making the beds before you leave.

We just ask that you do not leave any dirty dishes behind. We would be very grateful if you could put your last dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave.

Please do not throw anything in the toilet that could clog them, diapers, sanitary towels, tampons, panty liners, grease, food, ....

In addition, local authorities are very strict when it comes to separating waste and recycling. Therefore, throw your GFT waste, plastic, paper and glass in the designated bins. They are clearly labelled to make it easier for you.

You will find the waste disposal schedule in the house. As far as possible, depending on the dates of your stay, we ask you to leave the bin in question on the street and then pick it up.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, even with the windows open. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a cleaning and disinfection charge, which may be deducted from your security deposit.

However, we do allow guests to smoke in specific outdoor areas of the property. These smoking areas are located within a reasonable radius of where we have placed the ashtrays. We would like to make you aware of the risks of fire, especially during the dry period from 15 June to 15 September. We only ask that you use the ashtrays provided and deposit the ashes in the appropriate bin. Cigarette butts must not be thrown into the atmosphere under any circumstances, but only in the ashtrays, after they have been properly extinguished.

Non-smoking accommodation

Casa Teresa is a non-smoking property. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke or vape in the accommodation.

An ashtray is available outside the accommodation. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the garden or on the terrace.

Swimming pool

The use of the swimming pool is the full responsibility of the tenant;

Swimming is not supervised, it is the responsibility of the tenants to ensure their own safety and that of their children.

As owners we cannot be held responsible for any accident that occurs while using the pool.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in and around the pool.

It is forbidden:

  • Use soap or other similar product in the pool
  • Bathing with your body covered in oil or sunscreen without having showered
  • Peeing in water
  • Throwing objects or anything else into the water
  • To run around the pool
  • Go to the technical room and touch the installations
  • To eat, to drink in the pool
  • Washing your animals

Use of the site 

Only wood and charcoal provided for this purpose may be burned in the pizza oven and barbecue. Ensure that the oven and barbecue are returned in a clean condition.

Subletting is prohibited, even free of charge, under penalty of immediate termination of the contract.

The owner cannot be held liable in the event of improper use of the holiday villa or the equipment made available.

The supply of water, electricity, air conditioning and heating is included in the rental price. There is a limit of 15 kW per day for electricity. If this is exceeded, a surcharge per kW will be charged.

Additional cleaning hours due to an abnormal degree of dirt or disorder will be charged at €20.00 per hour and deducted from the rental deposit.

Please report any damage to the property spontaneously to the landlord so that he can put everything back in order for the next tenants. The owner reserves the right to deduct any damage reported or discovered after your departure from the guarantee.

Do not open locked cabinets and doors, as these are for private use only.

Use of the premises and respect for the equipment

During the entire duration of the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. He will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation to put it in perfect general condition when he leaves.

Kitchen utensils, oil, spices and cleaning products are at your disposal during your holiday.

It is not allowed to move the furniture.

The wifi password will be given to you upon arrival and will provide you with an internet connection . Please do not share this with anyone outside the group of travellers.

In the event of an accident or breakage it is your responsibility to notify the owners before your departure.

Sanction for violation of the internal regulations

In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations by the tenant, the owners reserve the right to impose appropriate sanctions:

  • Termination of the rental agreement with loss of the deposit. You must leave the property before the agreed departure date after the interruption of the stay.
  • In case of damage or breakage, the objects must be replaced in an identical manner or returned to the owner with the amount of the deposit. Thanks to the extension of the resort, the tenant can use his building insurance in case of major damage that is noted in the inventory of the facilities at the end of the lease.
  • If the cleaning by the guests does not meet the minimum hygiene standards, the additional cleaning and maintenance hours will be charged.
