Rates, supplements & minimum stay
The applicable rates & supplements can be consulted on our website on the page prices . (we reserve the right to change the rates at any time)
All prices are shown for the entire house & per night. Prices are excluding deposit & including taxes. There is a minimum stay of 5 nights per booking.
Booking, payment & cancellation conditions
Casa Teresa Puglia can be rented for a maximum of 4 people, children are allowed.
(The guests are fully responsible for supervising children. Given the presence of several terraces on the site & the presence of the swimming pool, the utmost attention must be paid to this.)
There is a minimum stay of 7 nights during high and peak seasons.

Your booking will be considered final by us once payment has been made in accordance with the conditions below:
- When making the reservation: payment of a deposit of 30% of the booking amount.
- No later than 60 days before check-in date: payment of balance of 70% of the booking amount.
Cancellation of your booking is possible up to 90 days before the check-in date (in case of cancellation an administration fee of €250 will be charged).
If you cancel your booking 90 to 60 days before the check-in date, an amount equal to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If you cancel your booking 60 days or less before the check-in date, an amount equal to the full booking amount will be charged. In case of a no-show or booking reduction (after the check-in date), the full cost of the booking made will also be charged.
If Casa Teresa Puglia is forced to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, you will receive a refund of the payment already made for your reservation.
Arrival and departure times
Please note that check-in at the property is from 4pm and no later than 8pm. If it is impossible to respect this time slot, we ask you to inform us so that we can find the most pleasant solution to welcome you. Departure is before 10am. If you wish to arrive earlier or need more time to prepare everything before leaving, please contact us in advance to see if we can help you, it depends on the arrival or departure of successive tenants.

Smoking policy
Casa Teresa Puglia is non-smoking. This means that it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, living room, the entire house and at the pool. If you are a smoker, please inform yourself upon arrival where it is allowed to smoke.
It is highly advisable to be extremely careful with cigarettes and fire as the region is very dry and prone to fires.
Pets
However, for practical reasons we cannot welcome your pets at Casa Teresa Puglia.
Special requests
If you have a special request (such as a cot, or extra pillows, etc.) you must inform us of this when booking. Although we will do our utmost to meet your wishes, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your request.
Responsibilities
Participating in and/or performing any activities during your stay at Casa Teresa Puglia is entirely at your own risk. Casa Teresa Puglia cannot accept responsibility for actions of third parties in & around its property.
Personal belongings
We advise you not to leave valuables in your accommodation during your stay. Casa Teresa does not provide a safe. We do not accept any liability for theft of items during your stay at Casa Teresa Puglia under any circumstances and in no case.
Privacy Policy
Casa Teresa Puglia must have your personal data when providing its reservation services. This data will be automatically processed and stored in our own files, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU-2016/679 of 27 April 2016, with the aim of providing you with the services offered.
Use of personal data
Casa Teresa Puglia informs you that your data will be treated confidentially and will only be used internally for the aforementioned purposes & for news items and/or promotions concerning Casa Teresa Puglia. Under no circumstances will your data be made available to third parties, unless you give us explicit permission to do so, or in cases where there is a legal obligation.
Code of Conduct
Casa Teresa Puglia reserves the right to terminate your stay - or that of any member of your party - at any time if it believes that certain behavior is detrimental to Casa Teresa Puglia.
No refunds will be given and Casa Teresa Puglial is under no obligation to cover any costs that may arise as a result.
Casa Teresa Puglia reserves the right to charge for any damage, whether intentional or not, caused by the guest to the accommodation, its furnishings & the surrounding grounds. Damage is any damage that can reasonably be considered to be greater than that caused by everyday use and wear and tear.
Liability
Unless expressly stated otherwise in these conditions, Casa Teresa Puglia cannot accept any liability if the execution of the contractual obligations is prevented or affected as a result of "force majeure". "Force majeure" means any event that, even with due care, could not be foreseen and/or avoided. Such events may include riots, civil war, disputes, nuclear or natural disasters, epidemics, exceptionally adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events.
Casa Teresa Puglia is free to cancel bookings if it is not possible to open the cottage on the dates of reservation because (inter)national law stipulates that buildings may not open.
We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
Applicable law
All matters relating to your booking are subject to Italian law. By booking you agree to this.
